We had to wait approx.40 minutes to get in.we got key from lock box no problem but couldnt get door code to open main door.apparentley they changed to new code in morning they had to send person to getin

Liked the proximity to the village.

The condo would need some modernization.

Ski equipments are not allowed inside, however, the locker keys provided do not work.

The house itself was well equipped with three bedrooms and a full kitchen. We stopped at the IGA before heading into the village to have food ready and it was great to cook rather than line up to eat in the a village restaurant. The small store in the pedestrian village is not a good option for a full shop. You also need your own fire wood. The view from the house across Mont Tremblant was beautiful and sitting by the fire each night was fabulous. Location of house was 10/10. A short walk to the lifts and pedestrian village.

You had to go to another resort to pick up the keys so a car is a must. This hotel is on the way to the pedestrian village though. Once we arrived at the house we were not instructed to use a pin code and the keys didn't work so after a long day we had to call to find our how to get into the house. Keys weren't required in the end as it was a pin code. The package information for the house didn't seem to have been updated to state it was a code to enter. The beds need replacing. One single has tried to be repaired several times but was so wobbly we put the mattress on the floor. A couple of towel rails and drawers in bureau's fell off, so some general maintenance required by the owners.

Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view.

We weren’t able to ski in/ski out because the resort had not opened the trail even though snow covered. Also, the road up was very icy so cars had trouble getting up to the parking lot. We saw this happen to many cars.

Condo was very nice and cozy . Excellent location 10 minutes’ walk to the village. Scenery around the area is great! Balcony was amazing .BBQ was great .

These are my concerns about our stay: 1. Air condition did not work for 4 days in very hot summer days(31°C). 2. The dishwasher was not attached to the frame so it is pretty wiggly. That exposed the risk of water leakage and damage later 3. Ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms did not work and made 2 upstairs room unusable. 4. Windows net for one room was broken. That made one room not usable and we had to move a mattress downstairs. 5. Toiletries weren't enough for 5 days 7 guests. We found this items: only 1 tissue box, 1 garbage bag, 3 toilet paper rolls, 1 extremely small shampoo(hotel size), 1 extremely small conditioner(hotel size), 1 extremely small shower gel(hotel size),2 extremely small soap bars(hotel size),No washing mashing powder. We have to buy from store . 6- In the kitchen we found 1 roll of paper towel, no dish soap, no dishwasher tabs, 1 sponge, 1 very small decaffeinated coffee bag, 1 very small regular coffee bag, a few coffee filters, 2 green tea packs and few bags of salt, pepper and sugar. We had to buy form store. 7-Balacony sliding door got stuck and we fixed it .
