The property is in the Golte ski resort, past the town of Mozirje. This location detail was not clearly stated. After Mozirje, you drive 35–40 minutes on a poor, winding mountain road. The property is at the upper station of a cable car on a mountaintop. This is not a typical ski resort — it looks like a rocky crater. There is literally nothing around. The buildings are run-down, many closed for summer, paint peeling. The rooms are up a rocky slope, accessed by unsafe stairs with no railing. At night, going up or down is dangerous — especially with dogs. You pass through two gates to get close to the property. You have only 1 hour to unload the car — after that, there’s a €200 penalty. Carrying everything uphill from a packed car is nearly impossible. You cannot park near the property — everything must be carried like a sherpa. Before the hour ends, the car must be moved out of the gates. You leave the car 500 meters downhill in an unsupervised forest parking area. The car stays outside, at risk of theft or damage, while you're locked inside. There are no real hiking trails — just steep, rocky slopes. Serious risk of injury for people and dogs alike. You can’t do what you came here for — no hiking, no relaxing. In the evening, you realize there’s no shop, no restaurant, not even a bar. No pharmacy, no doctor — complete isolation. You’re stuck in your room with no way down — the car is far and inaccessible. Tourists leave by cable car, but you stay behind in total darkness. Maybe in winter this works — but in summer, it’s completely unsuitable. We arrived one hour before check-in, realized it was a scam, and left immediately. After driving 500 km, we turned around. The host later denied our cancellation and even our presence — despite GPS proof. I only asked for a refund for 2 nights, not all 3 — I got no response. "Non-refundable" means you gonna be cheated.
