The location was the only good thing, I booked for 3 nights but left just after 1 night.

It was disgusting!! Walked straight into a horrible smell throughout the whole place, there is mould all over the blinds, got bitten multiple times by something in the beds. The place is all round just disgusting so much so I couldn't bring myself to use any cutlery or plates and bowls so had to buy own cutlery plates and bowls from Woolworth which luckily is just 2 min walk. Worst stay ever, very uncleanly. Even the car park smelt of urine .

Place was nice and clean. Good quality appliances and comfortable furniture. Good central location.

The door handle is too close to the door frame. Made getting in really hard without scraping your knuckles. It was also impossible to get in with one hand which is hard with a child or bags. The blinds in the bed rooms did not do much to block out the lights. At night in the main bedroom the street lights reflected right into the mirror. With the fan on the blinds kept moving so it was hard to find a spot to sleep where there wasn't a blinding street light in our eyes. Pretty sure the description said block out curtains. This was definitely not the case. We did request a cot which they said was going to be provided but there was no cot when we got there. While the rest of the place was clean, the tiles seemed especially dirty. They looked clean but after walking on them for a bit our feet and socks were black.

Very convenient location. Across the road from Woolies, right in town with restaurants easily accessible and in walking distance. The views were lovely and the property was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped although rather awkward to access some items due to the layout.

The bedrooms could have improved bedside lighting and side tables. Blind cords were hard to access at one end because you needed to maneuver around the TV with the fear of knocking the TV off the cabinet.

The property was absolutely lovely and had lovely furnishings. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea which was a lovely touch. There were books and free wi-fi. There were a few issues that could do with being fixed. Firstly, one of the remotes for the garage didn't work. The air conditioning (heating) in the living areas would not stay on and the apartment remained very cold, certainly not at all suitable for this time of year. We were freezing. We had enquired with the managing real estate (McGrath) regarding the clearance for the undercover parking and they told us that it was "standard" clearance but could not clarify what that was. When we arrived it was in fact, low clearance. All in all, we loved the apartment but the real estate were most unhelpful and there were a couple of issues that need rectifying.
