THE ROOM WAS NICE, LOOKING EXACTLY LIKE IN THE PICTURE, BUT NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. WE DIDN'T HAD WHERE TO HAVE OUR STUFF IN THE BATHROOM, THE KITCHINETE, WAS LIKE A BAD JOKE... THE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED BEING TOTALLY IGNORED AND NOT ANSWERED TO CALLS AND REQUESTS.

WE WEREN'T ANSWER TO NONE OF OUR CALLS WHEN WE NEEDED THINGS, WE WROTE MESSAGES AND GOT TOTALLY IGNORED. THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD!

I liked everything. Hygiene at a high level, friendly employees, the room just like the pictures on booking

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet on the top floor. There is not enough height. It is necessary to have a bigger refrigerator in the rooms, not a mini bar, because there is no store nearby.

The house was clean, and the host was very receptive to our requests. We got the keys immediately when we arrived, the room was in perfect condition

It was mentioned that the room has a fridge - It's not quite true, the only fridge it has is a minibar, however, you will not be able to use it because the fridge will switch off as soon as you will leave the room!!! This is because the key is welded to the chip that allows the electricity to run in the room (including the fridge!!!!!) So as soon as you leave the room, the electricity switches off, and so does the fridge...what's the point in the fridge then if it will not cool anything while you are not there? The kitchen could be equipped a bit better, all the kitchen utensils are gathered from different sets.

The apartment was fine, new and clean (except of ants), bed was comfy, beach is very close. Also, the town is close, few min by car. Check in and check out was very easy.

Bathroom was small, on the loft, under the roof, so you have to be very careful not to hit your had. My husband hit it twice, and it was very unpleasant experience... Also, we had ants in one of the apartments (we took 2), the other one was free of ants. You have to go by car to the town to eat, because there is nothing to buy near apartment, so you have to prepare for that. The town is near, but you have to drive and park the car... The price was not appropriate, it was a bit high for this kind of accommodation.

The family apartment we rented was large and cool, and mostly quiet. All the windows have mosquito nets and exterior window roller blinds which make the room dark and keep the heat out. The AC was working ok for the size of the room, though it was not reaching so well in the second bedroom and was blowing a bit too much on the bed in the main room. The construction is rather new, with a clean design, and stylish furniture. Nea Kallikrateia, 10 minutes drive from the property, has nice beaches, with kids activities, and plenty of dining places and evening activities.

The kitchenette is very small, making it very impractical. The minibar fridge is also very small, one can only use it to cool water. The rooms are large enough to host a proper fridges, and I highly recommended the hosts to invest in such. The internet connection was really poor, wifi signal was ok, but the uplink was congested constantly, even late at night. Also mobile coverage is poor in the area, so that wasn't an alternative either. Signal is good in the city centre. Outside, the property has no trees, just a bit of grass in the sun. Also most of the guests smoked at the various tables and benches, making it impossible for non-smokers to use any. The nearby beach is barely usable, with a very narrow strip of sand mixed with cigarette butts, rocks in the water hosting sea urchins and an impractical pathway from the property littered with trash and other biological human remains. There are also no dining possibilities close-by, so one has to drive ca. 10 minutes to both closest beach and dining area, in Nea Kallikrateia, where there are nice beaches and restaurants.
