New and trendy apartments in 5min walking distance from a beautiful beach. All apartments are close to the sea, sea view from the 2nd floor apartments. Handover of the apartment was done very friendly in the town of Kalikratia, 5-10 minutes away by car. The apartment was cleaned on a regular basis and very comfortable. Good air to sleep, quiet and safe at night.

Maybe minor points, but I want to mention them for completeness: The lower rooms look on a huge dusty parking lot, which is available to guests and beach visitors. One neighbor house was down for reconstruction (no noise, but not a nice view) which looks like it will take longer. Although everything is quite new, one lamp did not work and there's interior quality issues, like loose electricity plugs. In the top apartment the bathroom ceiling is very low (at the toilet below 1,80m, fair enough for sitting :) because of the slanted roof. Besides a small green in front of the buildings, most other ground is sealed and shadow has to be found under one central umbrella (or on the balcony).
