O proprietário era rude, avisamos com antecedência que iríamos chegar com uma hora de atraso do check in e disse que não havia problema. Quando chegámos, deparamo-nos com o apartamento errado e com água no chão. Ligamos e foi extremamente rude, disse que tínhamos de cumprir com o horário de check in (quando ao tlmv disse que não havia problema), trocou-nos o apartamento a muito custo!! Não recomendo pelo proprietário!!!!

It's a nice looking apartment with some issues. Shower pressure/volume was really nice. Great location and easy, cheap parking, though I had to find that out on my own as the host never responded to my inquiries.

Zero responses from host to any of my questions until after I'd checked out. Really?? I asked for an extra quiet unit and the apartment I was assigned is right across the street from a train track, so when the trains run, no amount of soundproofing stops that rumble and the trains starts running very early. Similar situation with road noise on the cobblestone street. Heavy-footed guest above and I'd asked for a quiet room (that, coupled with putting me street-side - that pretty much jibes with the lack of answers to any questions; The host does not read/react to anything beyond what is required to reserve the room). Reading other glowing reviews, it seems the host responds to those in the most expensive options. No bowls in the kitchen. Nasty (what I call) dirty drying mat in the kitchen. Unsecured carpet pieces surrounding the bed is a major slip/fall hazard. Floor of the shower is also a slip/fall hazard. There was something inside or outside the room that clicked loudly at times during the night.

Everything was just great! Joaho was such a nice host and took care of everything we needed.
