We had an amazing time here. It is a classic old style Spanish apartment with modern plumbing. I loved the beautiful doors that opened up on to the plaza and into the back gardens, they created such a lovely breeze. The kitchen was small but adequate and had everything you could need for small tapas and drinks - but really with all the amazing places to dine from fresh bakeries and coffee shops to tapas bars and fine dining, there really is no need to spend much time in the kitchen! The inside was charming with old tie floors and newer Ikea type bedrooms that were nice but nothing fancy. The bathrooms were spotless, unlike previous reviews. The porch was the star of the show and our home from sunup to sundown because the views were just stunning. I honestly do not believe there is a better location in Port de Soller for a relaxed adult or family getaway. I did not want to leave and I can't wait to go back.

It is hard to find, read the directions, they are clear. There is no parking, take the train instead! To vent the 1/2 bath, open the two bedrooms windows and the vent in the laundry closet. It took me a day to figure this out but I was fascinated with the ingenuity.

Property needs updating and a deep clean . Hot water only enough for 1 person . Shower head dribbles and is old . Dirty behind units and sofa . Bunk beds Randomly in hall . Electrics not work properly.

Fantastic location! Right by the beach. It was nice to have a complete apartment for the family, complete with a kitchen.

The water heater was so small, we only had about 3 minutes of hot water. Also, the breaker tripped a couple times, causing us to hunt down the breaker box in the dark.

The location is incredible. We literally stepped out of our apartment and onto the beach. We love Bikes and Bakes for coffee and breakfast and the ice cream next door is the best we have ever had.

We were lucky enough to be the only people in the property until our last night when someone moved in above us. You can hear people walking about and it could get noisey.

The location must be the best in Puerto de Soller with a private shaded terrace overlooking the promenade and the sea. You can leave for a swim and return just in your swim cossie. The charming old house was built for a hot climate with no south facing windows and high ceilings, nevertheless the A/C was useful at times. The beds are very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and a separate utility room with a washing machine and sink. I even found a charger cable in a drawer as I had forgotten one for my kindle . Previous reviews have mentioned the small shower which we found to be perfectly alright for our needs. The communication regarding keys etc was excellent
