Very cozy and comfortable, has everything you need. The garden and BBQ are a great bonus, especially in summer. The villa is only a 5-10 minute walk from the centre, which makes it very convenient, but also very quiet and peaceful.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbours do/say in the twin apartment, so it really depends on whether you have noisy neighbours.
