Top location to access Ipanema beach but also Arpoador, Copacabana, restaurants and shops. Would definitely re-choose this place just because of its location. The apartment has everything one needs to enjoy a comfortable stay in Ipanema. The host was very kind and accomodating, the receptionists available 24/7 made us feel welcome and safe.

Un depto. Cerca de todo. Se encuentra entre Ipanema y Copacabana , me levantaba temprano e iba a caminar por la playa,.es un lugar relativamente seguro ( cómo todo Rio). Instalaciones cómodas, todo para cocinarte ahí. También tenés mercados y restaurantes cerca.

Emplacement exceptionnel! À deux pas de la plage et du métro. Appartement bien équipé, et Paulino est un bon hôte. Immeuble sécurisé jour et nuit avec des gardiens adorables.

Convenient neighborhood and friendly contact with the owner. Apartment was great and bed was comfortable

I would say the bathroom was not clean. Towles hd a funky smell and sometimes i did not had any warm water. Only tip would be to invest in the bathroom

Logement agréable, sécurisé, propre et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Entrée et sortie possible à toute heure, un gardien est toujours présent. Il y a la climatisation mais il est très bien ventilé. Très bien situé dans une rue calme proche de la plage et d'un commerce.

Quelques endroits un peu usés dans l'appartement. Bruits dans la cours intérieure génant pour dormir (grondement, climatisations ? ou autre moteur)

"Would be back"

Paulino was a great host who responded to all of our questions very quickly. The location is fabulous, we visited during Carnival and it was the perfect spot to stay during the week!

The facilities are basic but it has everything you need.

Extremely convenient location, 5 minutes' walk away from a metro station and Ipanema beach. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants around. The concierges were all very friendly and the property staff too. Comfortable bed.

The building is quite old so the flat could do with a refresh. In particular, the shower and the air con. The air con is only in the bedroom and it's very old so makes too much noise. For me, it was impossible to sleep with it on due to the loudness.
