The apartment was conveniently located and was clean. It was a very spacious space and the doormen working there were very helpful. Communicating with the owner via booking was very easy. Good stay

The shower unfortunately had cold water at times slightly warm but at nights showers were very chilli.

la ubicacion es excelente, muchos restaurantes cercas y la playa tambien. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario. Nos dejaron hacer checkout un poco mas tarde y al llegar habia agua en el refrigerado

el departamento era antiguo pero muy limpio. el aire acondicionado sonaba mucho

La ubicación es lo mejor.. Está bien para estancias cortas si mejoran la limpieza.

La limpieza: había una cucaracha muerta en el baño y la cafetera y la sandwichera estaban sin limpiar.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado a pocas cuadras de la playa de Ipanema, con muchas opciones de restaurantes y súper cerca. La cama cómoda, limpio en general Cocina con lo necesario para poder cocinar

No es fácil regular la temperatura de la ducha, ya que tiene un solo comando El aire acondicionado, es un poco ruidoso
