Excellent location. Great size. Good facilities

The noise and the dust. There’s a very big hole in the ground next door that doesn’t look like it will be fixed for a long time to come. The noise comes into the apartment and it brings the dust. The noise isn’t just an annoying noise - it’s industrial level. Ok, it’s from about 9:00am until about 5:00pm weekdays but if you’re there in the apartment you don’t really want to be. And wear shoes inside.

Everything went fine. The apartment was what I expect. The area was nice, friendly and near to many shops and restaurants. Owner answered very fast all the questions. I recommend it.

Parking is very tight place. But still manageable.

we had the bad luck that there is a construction nearby which does not let you sleep past 8am on weekdays. the building does not provide extra keys for entering the apartment which is a bit of an impasse for groups

no one told us about the construction besides the building and the noise. so we can work or relax easily
