La ubicación, esta muy limpio y tenía mucha comodidades

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y de cualquier cosa que se necesite, el departamento es muy amplio.

Las camas eran incómodas, solo pediría poner unos colchones más cómodos 😊

Tudo perfeito, ótima localização,mercado a 20 metros.farmacia, restaurantes e lancheiras a 50 metros

Hermoso departamento, amplio, buena distribución y ubicación

A tener en cuenta que se deben subir 4 pisos por escalera

Está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Copacabana supermercados cerca Estación metro cerca Paradas de micro cerca playa a tres cuadras Muy seguro el lugar Tranquilo

No tiene ascensor lo único malo y son 3 pisos el wifi por ahí no llega bien a las piezas

Copacabana is a good neighborhood to stay in Rio. Close to everything, the beach, restaurants, banks, currency exchange, good access to other neighborhoods and great transport system. It may be a bit more expensive, but it’s worth the extra price.

I would like to point out that the only reason we rented the apartment was due to air conditioning, since Rio de Janeiro in summer has an overwhelming heat and, especially when people return from the beach with a hot body, expect to have air conditioning for use. I did not find correct the posture of the owner to advertise the property with air conditioning and then say that it could not be used. He even offered the free cancellation, but we were all installed, in number of seven people, among which two teenagers and a child of 5 years, fact informed to the owner, but did not sensitize him to allow the use of air conditioning, as advertised in booking. I would suggest to anyone who is renting this property that ask in advance and make sure if the air conditioning can be used or not.

it is in need of some love and repairs, although there are air-conditioners in every room it appears the host has disabled them, so the apartment was very hot but only had one fan, and there were lots of mosquitoes so you can’t leave the windows open. The kitchen laundry area had a pretty bad sewage smell as well.
