Muito bem localizado, tudo bem pertinho pra facilitar nossos dias, ótimo custo benefício e o anfitrião sempre atencioso e preocupado com nosso grupo

Pra quem não gosta de barulho devido ao alto fluxo na avenida irá se incomodar, mas não é nosso caso, só descrevo para ser útil pra quem prefere tranquilidade.

Excelente localização, fizemos bastante coisa andando por ali. O anfitrião foi muito educado e atencioso. Limpeza muito boa do local, ar condicionado estavam todos funcionando.

Acústica do prédio não é muito boa, barulho externo, pessoal no rio usa muito a buzina 😂😂

Muy amplio limpio. Buena ubicación mucho comercio 2 cuadras de la playa de Copacabana. Volvería siempre

El departamento esta ubicado en excelente, arriba del teatro roxy, perfecto lugar.

The flat is poorly equipped and has a tiny old bathroom. There is no storage whatsoever (no wardrobe, no shelves). Sleeping is quite a challenge with the deafening noise of the traffic and the fact that there are no "blackout" curtains. The location on Nossa Senhora de Copacabana is very close to the beach. Good if you don't mind the noise.

i like the location which is so close to one of the the most famous beach in the world COPACABANA!.it was so close by walk just 5minutes and the price was affordable for my family 6 adults and 1 children.

I made a plan to go from Sao Paulo to Rio with my family for the first time. My family is a bit crowded, we are 6 people + I have a 4-year-old girl. My advice is to find a cheap flight ticket and use Uber. Mr. Arthur was waiting for me. Even though he knew that I was late, he left the location. When we got there, we could not find him.We waited for more than half an hour at the reception with 5 people, children and belongings. It was a very bad situation. There were 2 people over the age of 70 among us The flat was not clean, especially the floors. I would like to give some information about one double room. It is not what it looks like in the photos, Half of the double bed is actually a bed that you can lie on, but the other side is made of hard material, I couldn't understand how such a bed could be made. Also, unfortunately, I have to say the same thing about the small bases that come out from under the bed, they are made of hard material, It is a good idea to bring a soft mattress to put on the bed., it is impossible to sleep there, apart from that, there is air conditioning, it works without any problems and Since the bases coming out from under the beds were inconvenient,We reserved the other room for our elderly guests. our other two guests had to spend the night on the sofa bed in the living room. For the first time in my life, I had such a bad experience during a holiday. I wanted to write this comment even if it was somewhere I stayed for only 1 night.
