Todo muy bueno, muy moderno. La seguridad. La ubicación a pasos de la playa. Zona súper céntrica, cerca de mercados , farmacias bares. etc.. La cama muy cómoda. Cocina completa.

Se ve que es nuevo el lugar. Pero como recomendación, estaría bueno que cuenten con heladerita, sombrilla o reposera. Ya que es un lugar para ir a la playa y sería ideal. La ducha nunca funcionó caliente. Aunque no hizo falta tampoco porque no hacía frío. El lugar para ingresar al inodoro es muy estrecho. La gente muy obesa puede tener problemas, para tener en cuenta.

Great location, and the concierge staff is kind and helpful.

Several issues made the stay somewhat disappointing, especially for longer periods, and should be addressed to meet even the most basic hospitality standards. Some of the disappointing points are: - Hot water was unreliable, with the central switch frequently tripping mid-shower, forcing us to reset it while wet, not exactly safe. - There’s no sofa, just beds or cots, and although the apartment accommodates four people, there are only two chairs — far from ideal for dining or working. - The induction stove was so slow that we eventually gave up using it altogether. - General cleaning was superficial, with visible dust under the beds and in corners. - We had to insist on having linens and towels changed, and even then, it happened only once in nearly a month. Guests are expected to bring their own replacements, which, in my view, is simply absurd, especially for international travelers having to deal with airline baggage limits. I strongly believe that, if you charge for a rental, you must provide the essentials — no excuses. - Communication was slow and inconsistent, unacceptable when managing a rental. - The building is also full of dogs, and the neighbor next door has lots of them that bark often. This property could work well if the host takes guests' needs seriously, ensures proper cleaning, reliable hot water, adequate furnishings for the number of guests, and guarantees basic services like linens and towels. Until then, I cannot feel confident recommending the place for long stays.

En gral todo. Lo unico se siente mucho olor a comida en los pasillos.
