Copacabana/Leme, ótima localização!

La ubicación y que había seguridad 24 horas

Cuando llegamos, la dueña no sabía que tenía inquilinos. El chico de la puerta nos ayudó pero vi falta de organización. No había agua caliente, no había papel del baño. Estuvimos una semana y solo tuvimos una toalla para el baño. No había jabón. El sofá cama no tenía almohada. La casa estaba recogida pero sucia.

La ubicación,tenía todo lo necesario,un poco pequeño para el precio pagado.

El precio en relación al tamaño

The apartment is very basic but for the price we couldn’t complain. It is clean and has everything you need. There is a supermarket opposite and plenty of cafés and restaurants on the same street. The beach is close by.

The A/C in the bedroom window is very noisy. It’s better to use the ceiling fan. The mattress is a foam pad on box spring and fairly hard. One of us was fine with firmness but the other was not totally comfortable.

The location is great, and very good price for the area.

Toilet lid didn't work great and it wasn't super clean.

Great location, and great price. The host was responsive and helped us with some issues that we had, nevertheless, the experience could have been better.

The first night we realized that the sofa bed was broken. It was changed on the second day, so it was ok after that, but the first impression was not good. Other than that, the appartment is not in the best conditions, although clean.

They way the owner responded so throughly and quickly to any inquiry or concern I had was EXCELLENT !!! I loved how she cared that my experience went well. I highly recommend working with her. This apartment wasn’t perfect. Nothing is, but the Great location, the super fast internet, The upgraded bathroom and powerful air condition all contributed a perfect vacation for me.

Honestly this is not a criticism, but just and observation. I’m sure the Kitchen was cleaned for me in advance, but the Refrigerator is covered with rust and discolored spots which gives the impression or look that’s it’s not sanitary. I felt more comfortable eating out instead of using the Kitchen during my stay. Not using the kitchen was fine for me as I preferred to dine at restaurants to experience the RIO cuisine.
