The location is good for beach, bars & restaurants

The apartment has a serious problem with the plumbing, the toilet constantly blocked and the wash hand basin did not drain properly. The host response to the blocked toilet was that paper should not be put into the toilet. We did not put any paper into the toilet and the blockages are due to poor plumbing and attention to problems by the host. The towels are very old and not fit for guests. The shower did not have hot water and the host did not explain that you needed to turn a switch in the kitchen to get hot water in the shower. The gas hob did not light automatically and the host did not explain this or leave a lighter to light the gas. Overall, the apartment is not fit for guests until all these issues are dealt with. It was very disappointing for such a short stay.

perfect location just few meters from Copacabana. Apartment is situated in the big building called Miami Center with 24h guarder reception. On check-in your face in scanned and used as "key" for later passing through turnstiles to/and from building what is very convenient and quick. For me very comfy bed, apartment was very good for 3 day stay.

We had some issue with clogged toilet which lasted more then 1 day to fix but it was due to fact that service was only allowed to enter the apartment in our presence so we had to arrange term. On one side in may afflict your travel plans but on the other side no one enters apartment in our absence a thus respects our privacy. So overall OK.
