The location and value for money

on the sunday afternoon evening, someone staying in the apartment complex was playing loud music until well after 8pm and the base was vibrating through our apartment

The view and location was great

Lift was not working, had to carry all my luggage up and down 3 floors

the property is located at a prime spot. Then view is awesome and you have all the necessities in the unit.

excess to the unit was not great, especially while they were busy tiling and the tiles outside to the parking is very slippery when wet

The location and the apartment has everything you may need.

Its location on the harbour was very nice although on the bottom floor which was not ideal, the entrance of the building on that floor was a bit flooded after the heavy rains before arrival. Nice shops and restaurants in the area.

The building is in dire need of an upgrade. Tiles missing and broken. Really gave a dilapidated feeling even before reaching the flat and entering or leaving the elevator. The flat itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable, although even there a bit of renovation would go a long way. Very minimal kitchen utensils.
