Location.Especially view from balcony overlooking marina.

The unit is advertised as having Air con. Unfortunately all you get is a all fan. The weather was hot and humid during our stay so to sleep was very difficult. To be fair to the owner when I complained they gave us a refund of 15%.

"Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in St Francis. Zentral gelegen."

Lage und die Aussicht auf den Hafen haben uns gefallen. Gute Restaurants sind zu fuß zu erreichen. Großer Parkplatz vorhanden. WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ideal für eine Küstenwanderung gelegen.

Da war wohl ein Wasserrohr gebrochen . Auf unserer Etage war eine Baustelle. Nicht leicht das Gepäck über die Baustelle zu tragen. Samstagabend war Partystimmung und entsprechend laut. Die Ruhezeit ab 22 Uhr wurde eingehalten. Sonntags ab 15 Uhr Restaurants geschlossen. Nur der DELI unten am Hafen hat offen. Einfach aber gut.

Facilité et autonomie d'accès au logement, point de départ pour un superbe marché au matin en bord de mer🤩 atypique dans le port

Malheureusement un chat s'était introduit dans le logement et avait uriné... Dommage.un peu de manque d'intimité entre les terrasses des différents logements.
