Apartamento Privado en el Corazón de la Parte Vieja

Nem consegui dormir neste apartamento, a unidade do sofá era tanta que não ia deixar os meu filhos dormir lá.

Spacious, nice, clean. Perfect location.

The location is perfect. The apartments are super, modern and clean. It was a bit noisy in the morning and at night but I felt it like a vibe of the city. Restaurants, cafes, and many shops and sights are located in the neighborhood.

The system of getting the keys is awful. It was challenging to get the keys because in Booking.com there was one address to get the key. And we were challenged to get them because the workers of the company didn't speak English fluently. The keys were inside the apartment. It was necessary to wait until our arrival time and they opened the door remotely. But in Booking it was stated that we should go to another house to get the keys, We were with children and it was not so easy. Nevertheless, I like the apartment - but the workers have to write more clear instructions on how to get inside. The second problem was repairing the hall. It was awful: dirty and noisy too. I have an allergy so for me it was also disturbing to breathe all those chemicals going away and coming back to the apartments

Excellent location in the middle of the action.

Complicated check-in with less than prompt communication left us standing outside the apartment for 20 minutes on arrival. If you arrive on the afternoon train from Madrid you’re charged for late check in (after 8PM.)
