Excellent location very close to the Old Town. Extremely helpful hostess with tons of relevant suggestions. Absolutely top quality appliances/furnishings/linen, etc. Fantastic views over the river to two landmark buildings...

The check-in process was at best "sub-optimal"; weather conditions at the time (super hot) did not help either. While the automatic system worked fine during our stay, I would have preferred a personal greeting and physical keys (perhaps cards similar to a hotel) rather than the app. Phones can be lost/run out of battery/etc. IMHO a physical method has its advantages even in the 21st century...

Such a beautiful apartment in the less touristic area of San Sebastian, a real slice of luxury and tranquillity in the hustle and bustle. Easy walk into old town, and to all the great sights of San Sebastian, great restaurants locally and supermarkets.

As soon as we stepped into the lobby, the first thing that we noticed was how beautiful the apartment smelt - and wonderful scent remained throughout our stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished and the attention to detail was excellent. The location was perfect, a wonderful view and overall we didn’t want to leave.

Nothing, Take me back! One thing I would say is make sure your phone is charged and you have access to the internet as you need that to enter.
