Sunny Terrace Apartment - La Zenia Beach

The apartment is great, plenty of facilities and we were even left a bottle of water, sparkling wine and a couple of beers which was a really nice surprise. Yevhenni picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable fee and pre and during our stay was really responsive to messages The apartment is a short walk to the beach and to local bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The terrace is a sun trap and we very much enjoyed sitting out and enjoying it. Overall a fantastic visit.

The location was excellent for the beach and shopping. Apartment was as described, very comfortable with excellent facilities Yevheni the key holder couldn't be faulted he was brilliant, he responded immediately to WhatsApp questions and resolved any issues in a fantastic way. Hel also did three airport runs and was on time on every occasion , his driving was very good. We would give him a 5* review It was very quiet at night and mainly during the day. We felt it safe, neighbours were mostly Ukrainian friendly although conversation was limited.

The apartment is in a residential area and there was a fair bit of maintenance going on during the day from various owners The door shutters didn't fit very well and slats fell out on occasions, The inner glass door facing left on the inside didn't lock. Also some of the sliding glass windows didn't also lock. Yevheni said there were plans of refurbishment for the doors

Fantastic location. Host was great .nothing was to much trouble for him. And arranged transfers. Super clean apartment. Matched exact details as advertised.

Beautiful modern apartment, lovely sunny terrace. Private parking, quiet surrounding, short walk to beach and short walk to town. Lovely local restaurant and ice cream palour. Will definitely return

The location of the apt is great, a short walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean and comfortable, all you need for a restful and enjoyable stay.

We were asked for a 300 euro damage deposit in cash(which we knew about before hand and wasn't a problem) we travel in Europe all year round so will always be able to use the euros but for someone who only travels once a year to have the cash returned on the day of departure and as we did have a early flight, maybe a problem. 300 euro is excessive.

Everything was just fantastic such a pleasant surprise to be presented with such quality
