location was perfect

the apartment was cold with small fan heaters.. lighting was dim and half kitchen lights are out

Spacious; clean; kitchen well equipped; lovely view. The balcony overlooks the park and ocean. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the birds.

The only downside is that the unit doesn’t have an aircon. The weather was a bit cooler due to it being autumn, so it didn’t bother us at all. We kept the lounge sliding door and bedroom windows open, which resulted in a lovely breeze through the apartment. However, I don’t know how it would be during peak summer.

Entering the unit for first time. Recliner chair was broken unable to recline. No air conditioning

The property was clean and comfortable, it had everything you could need.

The layout of the unit was great for two couples. Large dining / lounge area. Plenty of utensils etc. Undercover parking, plus plenty of street parking. Great view from large balcony.

Picking the key up from the town was awkward.

Spacious rooms. Considerate response of host to request.

The weather.

The cleanest holiday let I have ever stayed in, especially for an older style apartment! Very spacious. Easy out front parking. Great location close to town. Would happily stay here again for work or personal visit.

The key collection was simple, however, to get into the building/apartment, some additional details would have really helped us. For example, you have to use a key to activate the lift - otherwise it will not work. There are no signs about this and was not told to us in any form. And the apartment, (#11), was located on level 2 out of 4. Again, there was no communication or signs in the building that explain any of this. We just had to press numbers in the lift until we found it. Note: no wi-fi in this apartment.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. There are great views from the living area and main bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed. We would certainly come back for another holiday.

The parking underneath was very narrow, which made it hard to park the car.
