Location and view was great.

Third bedroom was very small, not manageable for a couple to stay in. No cupboard space. The flat itself had great furnishings but there was a lack of cleaning items, not enough bath towels, no washing up utensils, no dishwashing liquid. Unfortunately I struggled to get hold of the host to arrange delivery of more towels which never came. Main bedroom doors had many broken/missing slats which was not great for my baby who was doing afternoon naps. The location and views and access from the apartment was great.

Location is perfect close to beautiful and shopping center.

It was close to the beach, it was clean and I had every utensils I needed in apartment.

We stayed at Summerseas 56 last week and unfortunately had a number of issues that affected our overall experience. Firstly, the windows were not properly cleaned. Some of them are easily accessible, so this should have been addressed prior to our arrival. The main bathroom shower leaked significantly, resulting in a large amount of water accumulating on the bathroom floor after use. This was inconvenient and clearly a maintenance issue that needs attention. We were also surprised to find a cupboard in the kitchen filled with empty liquor bottles, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the housekeeping standards. The kitchen utensils were not adequately stocked. There were very few teaspoons and, overall, the basic kitchen items were incomplete, which made self-catering inconvenient. The rugs in the main bedroom, next to the bed, were in a very poor condition—frankly unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and overall presentation. In addition, there was no adequate provision for load shedding. Although the electricity challenges in PE are well known, there were no battery lights available on arrival. We only received lights on the second evening, and there was no way to recharge them, leaving us without lighting for the third and fourth evenings. Overall, the unit has potential, but these issues need urgent attention to ensure a comfortable and acceptable standard for guests.

No WiFi for the direction of our two night stay after informed it would be sorted out. Electricity meter only had 11units, had to request more. Iron needs to be replaced, burnt underneath. For the amount paid for the apartment, these should be checked before guests check in.

The location, neatness and being close to the beach..

Having to wait over an hour over technical glitches but everything was sorted out eventually, grateful for that.
