Perfect Family Holiday Apartment - Flynns Beach

The location was good, close to the beach.

The cleanliness and overall state of the apartment and appliances were not good.

The property was a great size for our family there was a bath and shower and a full sized kitchen

Lots of stairs, property felt like it could have been cleaned a little better.

owners allowed early checkin, were more than flexible and helpful.

lovely clean, bright apartment. very comfortable furnishings, fantastic location opposite the beach. pool and spa great for children. really enjoyed Port Macquarie. Found a couple of great coffee shops close by, enjoyed Sandbox after an early swim.

lots of stairs! the email said to park anywhere, but we got a note on our car telling us not to use the spot we were in.

I didn’t receive a welcome email so the collection of keys were a bit tricky but the hosts were great & available.

The location was across the road from the Flynn's street reserve and not far from local shops and restaurants. The main street of port Macquarie was walking distance. The apartment was large, had ocean views and easy parking.

Decor was very dated. Get thee to Ikea! While the apartment was clean, and towels sheets etc were clearly freshly laundered, they really were at their use by date. Some investment here would much improve my rating.

Great unit had everything we needed ,kids loved the pool and spa

The lady at reception was rude and not helpful

Great location We were there for s family event ( funeral) but we were very happy with the accommodation ... suited us to a "t".
