Die Anfahrt war furchtbar, wir haben ewig nach der Adresse gesucht. Es war auch nicht ganz klar wie der Apartment Block heißt oder wo er sich überhaupt befindet. Nach einer horrenden Telefonrechnung durch drei Telefonaten mit der Besitzerin in AMERIKA war trotzdem unklar, sie konnte uns so gut wie nicht weiterhelfen. Man hatte das Gefühl dass sie selbst nicht weiß wo das Apartment ist. Als wir dann ENDLICH am Apartment waren war auch noch der Türcode der uns gegeben wurde falsch. Also noch ein Anruf nach Amerika. Die Wohnung selbst war recht sauber DOCH so gut wie keine Ausstattung, nur EIN Handtuch für 4 Personen, KEINERLEI Geschirr oder Besteck, nichtmal ein Wasserkocher. Die vorhangstange in einem Zimmer war kaputt wodurch man von der Straße voll ins Schlafzimmer sehen konnte. Die Dusche war nur KALT und der Wasserdruck sehr schlecht weil der duschkopf komplett verkalkt ist. Ein Bett hat gestunken. Organisation und Kommunikation der Vermieterin ist letztlich das schlimmste gewesen. Es wurde 6 Stunden vor Check in eine email mit mittelmäßigen Anleitungen geschickt wie man zum Gebäude gelangt. Die haben wir ohne internetempfamg natürlich nicht mehr gelesen. Dort wurde noch ein andere türcode angegeben, der falsch war.

Location

No tv no kitchen no microwave, no stove, no dishes, bathroom toilet seat broken or loose and no bathroom mirror no gas for showering so cold showers at night time which was not disclosed . Great location safe area the owners would benefit by adding these items. Our visit here was to get settled into our new home in Mayocoba we got our internet installed late tonight. Now I can see my emails and the owner wants to charge me 75.00 for a new toilet seat cover however, this is how it was prior to our stay.

Appartement moderne et confortable. La piscine est très agréable !

Dommage que la cuisine ne soit pas davantage équipée.

Falta de utensilios en la cocina, así como un microondas. En las habitaciones no hay aire acondicionado, solo en el comedor.

The property, grounds, and pool are perfecto!! The person that manages the booking is beyond awesome!!!! Very responsive and helpful!! There are several BBQ's on property and several reasonable restaurants within walking distance. Gotta hit The Tecate for some cold beers and heilo.

Location is a little far, specially in the middle of day, but talk to Security and there is a couple that rents bikes here, or for $2.50 USD/$50 MXN you can take a taxi or bus system for $0.75/$10.

The location is good. It's a condo in a large new compound. The shared swimming pool and play garden is beautiful, comfortabel and well maintained. The kids had a great time and could safely go on their own to the play garden.

The condo is quite new and because of that the level of hygiëne is still acceptable. However, it's not being cleaned properly and the shower drain smells bad. I mentioned this to the owner but there was no response to this lack of hygiëne. The furniture is extremely basic, which was fine for us. But basic also means cheap mattress and pillows with no support. That's a choice to make. Of course the price is low as well.

L'appartement est neuf dans une résidence neuve , sécurisée avec une place de parking , clim et wifi. La piscine est grande. Terrain de basket , aire de jeu enfant et équipements sportifs en extérieur . A 10 min en voiture de la plage et du centre ville . Propriétaire très réactif ! Très a l'écoute ! Endroit calme . Parfait

L'appartement n'est pas assez équipé pour y faire un long séjour mais c'est neuf et le propriétaire est en train d'arranger les petites choses à ajouter donc nickel .
