The host Loren was lovely, welcoming, friendly, helpful and wonderful with our dog Maxi. Her home is really lovely, decor perfect, beautiful garden and surroundings, super clean. I would definitely recommend Loren's home to anyone.

Location, charming host who dealt with any queries/issues with aplomb. Room had everything needed and was fresh and clean. Converted laundry to bathroom and sink, was very modern and large and held gorgeous laundry machines if that was needed (it wasn't). Aircon pumped, moveable floor fan/heater also provided. Milk (UHT) and fresh bread all offered, I had my own. Your own Christmas tree lit up, magic touch. Beautiful and large outdoor garden area which relaxed my old dog no end...if you get my drift. Woke up to sounds of the ocean wafting through at a distance and beautiful bird calls. My aged dog (14), deeply enjoyed the stay, even started to get on with Loren's Poodles at the end, even though she isn't a brilliant socialiser lately. Just a Sapphire gem, as I wrote at exit on the chalk board kindly provided with Loren's welcome words.

The drive. The drive. Worst I think I've encountered in a looong driving history (including Northern Beaches Sydney home...goat track drives), Loren (the host) is plain about it though on instructions you receive just before you arrive - your call if you enter at own risk...however I have old knees, drive too steep to negotiate easily multi-times with all materials in car needed for stay. Young knees, all good, leave your car up top at entrance. You are down the bottom of house and so hear all upstairs noise. Landscaper arriving 8:00 am next morning I am told at entry, his equipment is in rental's side of carport. I tried turning vehicle around in the morning prior to 8:00am to get my vehicle out of his way and to go back up 'front on' to exit later more easily, scraped underside of bumper bar slightly on rental carport side concrete dip. Had to give up and reverse whole way back up, not an easy extraction as brick/concrete walls beckon either side of drive.

Dog friendly accommodation close to Coffs Harbour. Clean and spacious accommodation with some kitchen facilities and laundry facilities. Loran was welcoming.
