Perto de Ipanema, 250 metros da praia, entre postos 5 e 6

Me gustó la atención de João espectacular! Pendiente de cualquier consulta!. Tuve frío y me alcanzó un acolchado, me prestó repostera y sombrilla. Se me cortó internet el último día y lo solucionó enseguida!!. Mi vuelo salia a la noche me dejaron retirarme por la tarde sin abonar extra!!. Asiq genial la atención!!!! Le ves la cara a alguien!!!. En otros alojamientos no me cruzaba con nadie. La cama bien grande, cómoda!. Todo lo necesario para hacer comidas básicas. Tiene tele con plataformas como Netflix, prime, etc. Me parece cómodo para una persona. Cerca de Arpoador (para ver el atardecer), de Ipanema a unas cuadras también. A dos cuadras de la playa en Copacabana casi POSTO 6 aproximadamente, cerquita del corte de copacabana... Lleno de supermercados, cafés, tiendas, etc. Muchas paradas de colectivos (buses) al frente y a 1 cuadra para ir para otras playas o puntos de interés. Tiene vigilancia permanente y cámaras en todo el edificio. Separan la basura ¡eso está bueno!

Lo feo es que se escucha todo!!, hay perros en el edificio ladran todo el tiempo y niños que gritan a las 4 am (eso me pasó una vez que me despertó). Para quien no esta casi nunca no seria un inconveniente...

The location is perfect, walkable to beaches, metro station, grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. The host, Joao, was very informative and great communication prior to and during my stay. Easy self check in. Mini washer machine in the unit. I think the bed was king size.

I don’t want to be too picky, but the blinds for the windows looked a little dirty.

Host very friendly, gave us a lot of help, clean, well kept, amenities provided, same as the photos

The apartment is very quiet and conveniently located, close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The bed is huge and comfortable

The shower was a bit tricky at first with hot water but one gets the hang of it pretty quickly

only positive side, it's close to the beach.

very small, smelly, cockroaches on the floor, broken furniture, some lights not working. it's unbelievable that the host charges for the electricity you use. needs to pay in cash. this is illegal as it's not stipulated on the terms and conditions when you make the booking...

Space really comfortable and had everything we needed, the bed is really big and your sleep will be 10/10, also the AC works super fine, the shower was amazing. If you are looking for something safe I super recommend it.

It could have more appliances for the kitchen.

A great large bed , washing machine, location close to Copacabana

fan in kitchen doesn’t work and it is very necessary as there is no window in the kitchen. No tin opener or sharp knife in kitchen. no clothes pegs to hang washing. No toilet paper
