La situation géographique, le métro et les commerces proches. La plage à 5mn à pied. Le gentil gardien 24/7 dans l'immeuble et la disponibilité par WhatsApp du propriétaire.

Le confort de la literie, la disposition des pièces, la climatisation faible uniquement dans une chambre, la cuisine non fonctionnelle pour manger, le manque de lumière. Pas d'aération dans la sdb.
