Magic View II Agia Anna

We liked the location. It looked out on the sea but also on a busy road so the bus stopped right outside our window and we could hear people bumping music out there. It was a very cute balcony though and nice to see the sea.

Communication was a nightmare. No one answered my first email asking about arrival times 2 weeks before our stay. Then the day before our stay I sent a message asking about the location. No answer. The day of our arrival we got a message that the key would be in the door. Although there is a sign for the hotel on the Main Street there is no entrance so we went around the block looking. We asked at a nearby deli and a restaurant for help. We spent a good 2 hours knocking on doors of the Magic view 2 building asking people if they knew where room number 5 was. Finally some Greek kids we met were willing to call the Magic View number (I tried calling the number listed at the phone on the desk and got a recording in Greek). The guy hung up on them and then the hotel phone rang and a girl from Magic View was calling back. We told her we had looked for hours and saw no sign of number 5. Then she told us that we had to open room number 8 and behind that would be room number 5. Why not tell us in the email and save us hours of looking and panic? Also the WiFi was terrible. We had to leave and go to a restaurant for WiFi several times.

The room was too small it says 4 people but it’s very congested

It’s right across from the beach and has two supermarkets close by. It’s the perfect location! The bus stop is literally right outside your door, as well as the beach. There’s ample parking space if you want to rent an atv/bike. The family are so sweet! We had an electrical issue and they arrived within 15min and fixed it completely within the next day. Rooms were cleaned daily. Little kitchenette and balcony enabled us to feel comfortable and at home.

The directions of where to go for reception are very confusing. Reception is down a side street between the market and a restaurant. Safe location just very difficult to find.

The new block was nice and we were luckily moved to this due to there being no bedding/towels at the initial room we were given. Location brilliant

No reception, just a phone on a desk for you to contact the owner on arrival but we had problems getting an answer so it was a bit worrying. The first room we got told to go to had no towels or bedding so we had to contact the owners again and luckily they moved us to their newer block, the initial room on the old block was very dated and basic

Es hat eine sehr gute Lage und einen wundervollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Bett war bequem und die Klimaanlage war stark. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich. Das Appartement war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt.

Etwas schwierig zu finden. Ich bin Allergikerin und meine Nase war den kompletten Aufenthalt komplett zu. Ich bin mir nicht sicher aber ich glaube es wurden Weichspüler verwendet weil die Bettwäsche sehr parfümiert roch.
