The beds of the property were great; location was good (yes: a bit desolate, but walking distance to everything). The owner was very helpful. We liked also that it had a washing machine. The price is competitive.

I have seen on the site that some of the rooms were renovated and or better equipped. I think we still had one of the older ones. All in all our room wasn’t very comfortable. There was no real place to sit apart from a few chairs that were not really inviting. We couldn’t wait to get out every dat. The apartment was sparsely decorated and minimally equipped: there were three beds, but only two chairs and cutlery for two. No proper coffee maker apart from an old French press! The bathroom is inconveniently small- but that was clear from the pictures. There are however two problems the owner should really fix. The fuse box is making a continuous humming noise. This indicates that something is wrong and not well connected (and it’s not Naxos electricity). This drove us crazy during the night; so we slept on the beach :-) Second, the plumbing in the bathroom needs to be checked: there was a faint sewage smell when coming in, water doesn’t drain properly and the washing machine caused flooding multiple times, which was absolutely filthy. All in all: if issues are fixed you have a good stay at a decent price point (or try other rooms)

Perfect location - a few minutes walking there are bakery/breakfast spots. Beach is also around 5-min walk away! If you rent a vehicle it is super easy to get to Chora, there is also a bus stop very close to the property that takes you directly to the centre. The hosts Antonio and Thekli were super welcoming and helpful, gave us so many amazing recommendations for food/drinks/attractions/beach (Hawaii beach must go) :)

La camera era spaziosa, ordinata e ben servita. Il terrazzo ampio e comodo.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα στη διαμονή μας! Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Το στρώμα εξαιρετικά άνετο, κάτι που μας χάρισε πραγματικά ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική: μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα και όλα τα μαγαζιά, ενώ ταυτόχρονα το περιβάλλον ήταν ήσυχο και γαλήνιο, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Μια διαμονή που συνδυάζει άνεση, καθαριότητα και ηρεμία – σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Καλή τοποθεσία , ήσυχη και παράλληλα κοντά στην παραλία του Αγίου Προκοπίου . Ωραία και άνετα δωμάτια, με μεγάλες βεράντες και ησυχία . Το προσωπικό πάντα διαθέσιμο να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι ζητηθεί, και πάντα με χαμόγελο. Θα ξαναεπιστρέψουμε.

Tout était parfait, merci ! Le personnel chaleureux, la propreté, la localisation au calme mais proche de tout (plage et commerces) Les attentions pour les enfants La cuisine bien équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner !

La terraza. La habitación y la ubicación están muy bien. Que este apartado de la calle principal es un plus en esa zona por el tráfico y que no se oyen ruidos. No tengo quejas de la habitación ni nada pero no me parece un 10.

Los enseres se la habitación muy justos. Hormigas en la habitación . En mi opinión por el precio igual merece la pena más un hotel. Pero en si el apartamento está muy bien

Obiekt położony w świetnym miejscu, blisko do plaży, sklepu, restauracji, ale na uboczu. Spokojna okolica, codziennie budziły nas odgłosy kogutów, co tworzyło fajny klimat. Piękne wschody i zachody słońca z balkonu. Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone, jest bardzo czysto i wszystko co trzeba, poza tym posiada duży balkon. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna, dała nam dużo fajnych poleceń gdzie zjeść i co można robić w okolicy, będziemy ją mile wspominać ☺️ Miejsce Idealne na wypoczynek i relaks, z chęcią wrócimy ❤️
