"Nice quiet location at Sunshine Beach. Lovely lounge/dining area."

Location. Short walk to Sunshine beach, local shops and restaurants. Short car trip to Noosa Junction and Hastings Street. Nice airy lounge, dining area. Pool and pool are twas very well kept.

Bathroom/laundry is showing signs of age. Could do with a freshen up. Top tree branches are impeding upon ocean view from lounge area.
