Kifejezetten tágas szobák, a nappaliban nagy és kényelmes sarokkanapéval. Mindkét szobában kényelmes és nagyméretű az ágy. A konyha szintén világos, kényelmesen le lehet ülni egy vacsorához. Kifogástalan tisztaság és rend az egész lakásban. Parkolni az utcán kell, de nincs messze az épülettől, és a zárhatóság miatt mindig szabad a hely. A kulcsátadás, kapcsolattartás, bejutás zökkenőmentes volt. A belváros gyalog két perc, étteremmel, kávézóval, bolttal.
