Very smooth hand over. Lovely clean apartment. Everything was perfect. The roof top terrace was a bonus and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. Centrally located and easy access to mercadona, Lidl, la zenia boulevard, paddy point and much more. Roughly 15 minute walk to the beach.

The roof terrace is fabulous. The kitchen was adequate for meals at home. Close to La Zenia shopping centre and a very doable 20-minute walk to the beach. Quiet, safe area within a locked gated entrance. Syliva was very helpful. Good price point.

At the time of rental the information provided on booking.com is incorrect - rented as a 2 bedroom with a total of 3 double beds ( room 2 listed as 2 doubles) and a sofa bed in the living area. The property has I double bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed, and room 2 has 2 single beds. Hopefully, this has now been corrected on the site. Room 2 has no air con, only a ceiling fan The shower is over the bath with the shower head and fixing needing replacements. Pool side seating is not available.
