Elegant house

Nice stay, comfortable beds and spacious apartment with good WiFi and aircon. Onsite parking and only 5 minutes to the beach by car. Bedding and towels changed after 3 days.

Only a small detail but could do with a Nespresso type coffee machine, most stays have them now.

Our second stay here, found everything to be as good as the last time.

The house is located in a quiet place and has a large garden where my kid played all day long. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Trani Ammouda beach is very close and is superb. We also visitied nearby blue flag beaches which were amazing. The host was lovely! I would certainly visit again!

The apartment is equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay. It has all kitchen facilities you need and enough space for us.

Three important thing for me, which actually are the reason for my evaluation: - The most unpleasant "surprise" was that we had to leave the apartment at 9:00 am or at latest at 10:00 am at the last day. The checkout is scheduled for 9:00-10:00!!!! And there are no excuses! I find this absolutely disappointing, because to be able to leave so early, we had to skip some of the things we planned for the previous evening just to be able to have enough sleep for the long travel on the next day. We expected the checkout to be at 12:00 as it is normally in most of the properties. We actually have this early checkout for the first time ever and this really ruins our stay. If we had read the small letters in the reservation conditions, with which this incredibly early checkout is set, we WOULD NEVER BOOK this property! I think, that even Booking should consider such NOT NORMAL conditions and SHOULD marks them boldly and visible (in such a way that the user cannot miss them BEFORE the reservation)! Even the owner could do this, if they even think about the comfort of the guest and their satisfaction. - There is no cleaning of the apartment during the whole stay - we were there for 7 nights and we had to clean the rooms, change the bed sheets, take out the trash. - The host is living at the second floor and you are somehow always "observed".

There are many houses in booking. Few of them feels like home There are few homes in booking, in very few of them there are loving caring hosts. We were lucky To have home far from our home And to have host like Anna. We deeply recomand this combination

The apartment is very clean and has a big garden and grill which are perfect for our summer vacation with friends. The closest beach is around 10 to 15 mins away on foot. There is also a grocery nearby. The host is a very gorgeous and elegant lady. She gave us a couple of home made fig jam on the last day before our departure. Thank you very much!
