Sofia & Lakis House

Everything was excellent, we had one of best vacays in Greece. We had big apartment on ground floor. Plenty of space, super clean, super service. Close to best beaches on East/West Sithonia coast. Really “strategic position. It is clear that you need a car. Hosts were truly amazing, Sofia and Laki, really nice people. We had so much fun with Laki. He is really great. They are also very helpful.

That we stayed only 8 nights😢😢😢. I would go back tomorrow!

The sweets couple who does everything to make you feel comfortable. They don't speak English but she speaks German and they are super good in body language. They place is very clean, nice beds and good value for the money. You can walk to the beach at some small roads so it's really a nice cheap place in the area. Lakis also drove me to my new destination in their car. Go there - you won't regret it:)

Sofia è Laki top very kind and funny

Sofia and Laki welcomed us with a smile, coffee and home made halva. They are hosts you can only wish for. We liked the house and the big yard full of flowers. We liked how they were taking care of the yard and flowers every day, with so muh love and passion. Sofia gave us traditional tzatziki which was delicios, and homemade cupcakes when we were leaving. She loves cooking. Our stay was very pleasent, the room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect, 3 minutes by car to Ormos beach which is not so crowdy and 10 minutes drive to Nikiti which is great for long walks and great restaurants. We also met their daughter Matina, she showed us the whole house, the bigger appartments, she was so positive and kind. We will defintely visit and stay there again.

We had very warm welcome by the hosts. We received different sweets to taste. The place is very well dotated to cook both outside or inside. The beach is 7 minutes far away with the car. There are many free parking lots right next to the beach. Private parking. Everything perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Studio is too small for 4 people. We were only two and it was fine for us. The hosts didn't speak English but their child talked to us in English and she is the owner of Xalonia Seaview - she is also kind and helpful like their parents.

It was our pleasure to meet people like Sofia and Laki. They were very nice, helpful despite of they do not speak english. Their daughter was on the line when we needed something, she gave us useful recomendation what to see, where to go or eat. We had beautiful views of the sea and nature, historic city centers and tasted great food. And olives! We were surprised by hospitality of our hosts, because we could taste their local cuisine, their favourite food for free. Our rooms were small but very clean and cosy, nothing more was needed. I hope we will see these nice people again.
