Fantastic style, well appointed. Great location. Very comfortable lounge and great kitchen.

Lack of communication when asking for early check-in. Bed hard, needs headboard and more than one pillow per person. Picture above bed too close, you can easily bang your head on it. Bedroom also bright overnight as blinds/shutters let in too much light

Beautiful apartment in a great location for shopping, with a short walk to both the old town and La Concha beach. Excellent amenities. Fifth floor, so good it has a lift.

The property was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Great location, close to old town, beach and gros. Also very handy having a washing machine.

I expected the apartment to be a little more spacious from the photos although that wasn’t a big deal. The apartment was extremely hot. Both my partner and I couldn’t sleep at night and we were sweltering in the apartment. The temperature outdoors was a lot cooler. The small fans provided didn’t help at all. Just blew hot air around. We also found the access very stressful. We didn’t have internet or phone calls so having to download the app was difficult. We also hadn’t used this app before so weren’t sure how we would get access to the apartment. I borrowed a phone from the library next door and the apartment staff were friendly and able to assist

No aircon! We have no problem with no aircon if can open windows for fresh air, but being in heart of city, it is way to noisy to sleep with windows open. Just recommend pedestal fan for bedroom. Other than that lovely.

Great location in the middle of San Sebastian's city centre Nicely decorated apartment

The apartment is south oriented (great for sunlight!) without airconditioning so it gets really warm and doesn't cool off in the evening. Opening the windows at night is not an option due to the noisy street, so it's either too warm or too noisy to sleep. The curtains are decorative and cannot be slid. The blinds and shutters in the bedroom are not blocking the street lights so again not great for sleeping. The bathroom is in the middle of the apartment without any windows, so it is difficult to get laundry dry due to the humidity. No coffee machine Lack of garbage bags.

the location was great , although the goggle map didn’t take us to the property when we first got there . the property was lovely and clean. it was a nice place to come home to at the end of the day
