"Very Good apartment, and the location is excellent"

I never met the Hosts, access was done by phone, and automatically opens the doors to the apartment, but very good communications with the hosts prior to check in, and advise given when asked.

"Fabulous department in a wonderful location"

Everything! The location is amazing, just steps from the beach and old town, and the layout is perfect for two couples. The kitchen is small, but efficient and the living space and bedrooms very comfortable. Communication for entry was excellent.

The best thing about this property is a combination of two: the location + the flat itself. After a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed, we started the day with a long walk on the beach before we went out for breakfast, really everything is in walking distance. We loved Avenida La Concha - IB. Apartments.

Although we recommend the flat, we were surprised there wasn't a sea view as shown on the Booking.com photo. The views from both rooms were not very nice ...... laundry hanging outside of the neighbour's flats.
