"Great location but very unclean"

Great location close to beach and town centre

Cleanliness. Floors were sticky and sandy, windows filthy, shower mouldy, bench tops sticky, cupboards dirty, all cutlery and plates needed washing. Lounge and dining chairs dirty. Fridge not cleaned. The place needs a good clean.

"reasonable, the town was great, coffee shops great"

no breakfast, location good

knowing that we were on the 4th floor beforehand. 4 flights of stairs and NO LIFT. at our age 80 plus it was difficult managing 4 flights of stairs. Noise from traffic as we were on the corner of 2 roads and a roundabout.
