I loved the sound of the sea so close, the view and how the studio was decorated

A bit of English was appreciated as the property is in a tourist area otherwise specify only Spanish or write a specific instruction to reach the main door like " walk from the main car park toward the promenade as the main door is facing the sea, the studio has a butterfly drawing outside." unless let me walk up and down twice. I forgot my T-shirt and nobody took care to send me a message in the evening it is not privacy for a nice open door as people look inside if the door is open and too many fly. It is a classic place where they do not want tourists but only their money, and this is clearly written everywhere.

Very clean, spacious and cozy. Great view towards the sea and very calm, no noise from neighbours or streets.

I would add soap and shampoo to the equipment of the studio.

I loved the hosts! They were amazing, and really nice. Since she did not speak eng and her niece that does was away so we spoke through WhatsApp with the little help from google translate :) usually the niece is there all the time. The apartment was amazingly clean and modern. I loved that ! I even connected my Netflix on their TV (don't forget to log out before you go away ;) and also if you are very good with the owner she has a lovely cat Simba that she might let you play with, if you are nice <3 but if you don't like cats don't worry, the cat is not near the apartment, I love cats so I begged her to bring him down to pet him in a hallway a bit :D

The boiler wasn't working properly, but on the other hand when I told her, she came down right away and her husband fixed the problem. :)

I recommend this place for short stays. You've got a little beach beside the flat. The sound of the waves is absolutely lovely. It's a nice cosy flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very quiet, which was what I wanted. Private entrance. A couple of local shops a few minutes away selling fresh fruit and veg and local products. Despite what the description claims and what you see in the photos though there isn't a terrace, it's a public pavement and flat in on the ground floor. You only see the sea from the barred window. It wasn't an issue for me but a bit misleading.

Had some issues in the property but thanks to booking.com who acted as mediator when no solution could be agreed on, it's been resolved with an okay outcome. I hope you don’t need to deal with the son who manages the flat though, what a headache. Pozo Izquierdo: a cute little village but only come here if you have a car otherwise you need to rely on buses and it ain't fun.
