Central location and possible free parking slot nearby

Maintenance was not performed in quality - dirty carpet, broken coffee table, uncomfortable sofa, missing utensils in the kitchen . Air conditioning did not reach sleeping space so it was too hot (probably cold in winter) and impossible to sleep - ground decision to use the sofa downstairs for 2 people - quite uncomfortable experience.

"It's nice, but it could be better."

The apartment is situated at Sapareva Banya's center, so the location is perfect. The room was nice.

The bed was broken, the AC didn't work well, there was no Internet and we had to troubleshoot it ourselves
