nice Apartment

The owner and his mother are gentle, but...

I am sorry but the apartment and bathroom were really dirty, I didn't want to argue more than I had only because I was tired, but I should have made a complaint and look for another place.

- excellent location, very calm and quited, in the nice house estate; the house itself is good looking and modern; the area is surrounded by forests and there is a great walking / running / cycling path along the canale; the shops, bakery, pizza house etc. are 15 minutes walk from the apartment - privacy - even though we shared the house, we met the hosts only once during the whole 5 days stay - parking - you can park your car in front of the house, or on the street - the apartment is nice and spacious, it is an open space for a kitchen and the living room, with a separate area for the bedroom (not separated by any doors); the bed is very comfy. The bathroom is big and the shower is really spacious as well. - you have everything you may need in the apartment, including coffee machine and a hair dryer. Of couse, bed linings and towels are provided as well

- the communication with the hosts via Booking.com chat was one-sided, eg. I was not sure my information on the arrival time was received. When we arrived, I called the mobile phone number given but no one replied and I got slightly stressed. The apartment is in a private house and the doors were locked, and there were three ring bells (I did not know which one was relevant for the host), but at the end I needed to press all of them and then the owner appeared and she was really nice and helpful - the apartment is in the semibasement, so the windows are not that big and there is no view (you can see the grass level), I did not care but it is worth mentioning. Also, you can feel like having a sleepover at the friend's house, as the apartment is equipped with lots of personal stuff, pictures, etc. It makes the whole place cosy but it leaves you with the strange feeling you actually live in someone's room... with their clothes in the closet (there is some spare space left for the guests, not enough for me to be honest, but I managed that) - since this is a private house, you can hear eg. TV playing at the host's part of the house

Super friendly host/family. Cute and cozy apartment. Location perfect. Definitely will be back if we need to come back to this area.
