Villa Rozana - Beachfront Wellness Retreat

Just steps from the beach!

We stayed in appartment 2 on ground floor so our comment is related to this appartment only. Host is nice and helpful. Perfect localization with own parking place. No more than 30 m from appartment to sea and beach. Two things we would like to mention as to be improved by owner: 1. Airconditioning is only in living room -no airconditioning in bedrooms. However both bedrooms were on north side of building so in the nights wasn't so hot -as for beginning of July. You can turn on airconditioning in living room and for sure cold air will flow to bedrooms but you need to leave bedroom's door open. However we could live with it. 2. Small ants are in the appartment (we stayed in appartment 2 so we can say only about conditions in this appartment) so you can't leave your food in kitchen open as they will be covered with ants. I can understand that ground floor can help ants to get in but still there are ways to deal with it. So ants in appartment are annoying and if no ants than our scoring will be 10 as remaining things Perfect.

Great location, right by the water. Very helpful staff. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We had a lovely view from the balcony and free parking. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and Trogir is 15 walk + 20 min by ferry away.

Mosquitos. Bring a plug in insect repellant 🙂

The apartment was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Views from the balcony across the bay were amazing as was the swim at the beach across the road. With our car it was close to Trogir, Split, Krka and Sibenik. Small restaurants were close by with wonderful over the water.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was great, the area was peaceful. There was a top restaurant very close by, with good food and service. The sea was right in front of the terrace. The apartment was very clean and functional, bright. The host was nice and the messages etc. worked great. We have nothing bad to say about this place. It is good to have a car, because of the quiet location. We really enjoyed our vacation for 10 days here.

The property was clean and comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Good parking with a beautiful view as pictured. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and communication with the hosts was good.

we stayed off peak so immediate area very quiet without many amenities but the area was peaceful on a plus!
