El espacio y comodidad, la terraza fantástica, piezas comodas, amplias y colchones maravillosos para el descanso, un departamento hermoso y ubicación fantástica, cerca de todo y seguro. Fuimos en familia y esperamos volver. Gracias por la amabilidad de quienes nos recibieron.

Al tener una ubicación centrica conlleva ruido al dormir, asi que es un costo a pagar, y detalles como el olor que sale de la cañeria del lavaplatos de la cocina

El departamento está muy bien ubicado William nos recibió muy bien y siempre atento La decoración del lugar es hermosa

El departamento es hermoso y cómodo, tiene 3 pisos de escalera por si van personas mayores

As other reviews have said, it is dated. The mattresses are quite old. Unfortunately the towels were very, very old and we would not have used them. The host offered to change them, but we had already booked another hotel and moved there for a more comfortable stay. It's a real shame. Just changing mattresses and towels would have made all the difference to guests' comfort.

La ubicación muy buena, en una zona con locales gastronómicos para diversos gustos, bares, supermercados, tiendas y la playa cerca. El departamento tiene sus años pero está bien cuidado y muy bien decorado.

Me hubiera gustado que tuviese unas sillas o banquitos en la terraza. Estaba muy buena pero solo tenia dos mesas. En la cocina también hubieran sido prácticas unas banquetas más solo había dos y faltaba algo de vajilla.

The service was amazing!! Wendler helped us with any problems and questions, so we felt very welcome and comfortable, you can't ask for more! The location of the appartement is perfect to get to know Rio de Janeiro.

The appartement could have been cleaner, the equipment and the A/C in one bedroom could use an Update.

Hotel doesn't have elevators and the listing does not specify there are no elevators. Poor customer service because there was no type of communication or concern.

We thought we hit the jackpot! :) Perfect big apartment, in a perfect location, comfortable for everyone! Its 5 mins walking to the beach, 2 mins to a big supermarket (there are a few very close by), quite safe neighborhood plus security at entrance, a lot of restaurants, bars, beauty salons, pharmacy, banks, etc around. You can find what ever you need very near. The apartment itself is big, comfortable, has a huge balcony/terrace. It has all necessary equipment (apart the dishwasher) + ventilation and AC in every room. We have not seen the owner himself but he was always in contact on Whatsup and answered all our questions. At the end he allowed us to check out six hours later for free as our flight was in the evening. All our vacation was perfect and the kids had to cry when we left :)

We liked everything. But just for information - there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4rth floor. This can be difficult for handicapper people or heavy suitcases:)
