. Localização, acomodação, tem tudo por perto ( supermercado, padaria, farmácia, academia, restaurantes) e perto da praia de Copacabana. A proprietária muito atenciosa. Mas não recomendo para família com crianças.

Ruído de vizinho e a fechadura de cartão, que é um pouco difícil de aprender a usar. Mas, mesmo assim, vale muito a pena.
