Custo benefício, ótima a localização e o com vários itens para uma estadia confortável, inclusive uma cortina blackout!

Uma coisa que incomodou um pouco, foi o barulho que vinha da rua. Acredito que umas simples vedas frestas e anti ruído melhorariam.

Fomos muito bem atendidas pelos funcionários do prédio e localização é boa.

A limpeza realmente deixou a desejar, encontramos baratas dentro da cafeteira e em alguns locais do apartamento, principalmente na cozinha. Entendo que o prédio é antigo, porém, foi perceptível que não era bem limpo.
