Apartment Ipanema Arpoador - 300m da praia

- Fantastic location, around Post 7…actually, smack in between Ipanema (surfers paradise lots of waves…poshest area Post 10) & Copacabana Post 1-6 (calm & lazing around & walk into very calm waters to wash the sweat away). I seriously recommend that cusp for those who want the best of both worlds - There’s a 24hr supermarket 5 minutes away & 2 good ones just downstairs & across the street - Fab apt. Upscale design & elegantly furnished. Spacious & had all the amenities required for a wonderful stay. A great foundation for a great experience - The little local treats in the apt, Globo snacks & guarana drink, were very much appreciated as it gave us a flavour of Brazil on arrival. On top of that, Leticia was so thoughtful & supportive throughout our stay. We chatted via WA & kept in constant contact for the many day’s stay. She patiently answered all my msgs while we enjoyed RIo. I trusted her opinions to all my questions more than the internet 🤩! - Both the apartment & Leticia made our trip. Highly recommended!

Excellent accomodation. Totally recommended for any couple visiting Rio for either short or long stays. We stayed 4 nights and would have stayed longer!

perfect apartment in Ipanema. The place is big and clean, very comfortable and well decorated. fully equipped kitchen and laundry machine! the host, Letícia was very helpful and was always available for any doubt or recommendation. would definitely stay here again.

There is literally nothing bad to be said about the apartment.

Interior of the place was simply fantastic compared to any other venue I had stayed in Brazil. Host was very responsive and communicated very timely at every step of the process.

There is not much not to like about Rio

Excellent stay at Leticia's appartment. The location of the apartment is excellent just two blocks from Ipanema Beach. Te appartment is brand new the beds, bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Leticia is an excellent host caring for the wellbeing of the guest at her apartment. I would recommend this appartment to anyone willing to have a great week in Rio de Janeiro!!

Nothing, everything was excellent

Very clean and spacious flat with very tasteful interior design located in Ipanema, very close to the beach. The owner Leticia was incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of recommendations for (very very good) restaurants and also other recommendations of what to do and where to go. She also helped us with storing our luggage after check-out until our flight. It really felt like she was going the extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible in Rio. I would definitely recommend staying here.
