"worth the price, but still got alot space to improvement"

sofa bed is good and big, the stay very convenient

dirty toilet, weird access to car park and either resident, no hair dryer, the sofa bed already broken, bathroom exhaust fan not working, its very trouble to access to car park when you enter at guard house, you have to fill in your info everytime you get in the car park

It’s clean , convenient with nearer shop and supermarket .. cozy !! Friendly owner

Only the Toilet.. it’s clean but got one kind of smell not sure what it is .. other than that everything is really good

Location is good

The water heater was not working well, even after request to fix, the result is still the same, so we gave up since approaching end of our stay. And the stinking dustbin smell of the apartment's corridor and lobby is unbearable. Luckily the smell doesn't make it to the room when our door is shut.
