"BEST value in Copacabana! highly recommend"

apartment was complete and left very little to be desired. homey & spacious. best value in the area. literally 2 mins walk from Copacabana beach and u can see the sun rise from the window. i loved how the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. the cooker wasn’t working and the landlady sent a new one. plates, cutlery, pots and pans were all there. wow. bathroom had warm shower, bidet was broken but can be worked through, towels provided. all basics were present and apartment felt complete in my POV. ac wasn’t very cool but it worked fine and there’s a ceiling fan too. the whole feel of the apartment is dated but nothing to complain about if your price range isn’t luxury. landlady also was kind to let me stay a few hours past checkout time and didn’t pressure me to leave that day. she’s super nice and communicative over whatsapp. very considerate and overall my stay was just great. i would definitely stay here again. no wonder this place is always booked because its honestly a steal!

Very loud bar music every night from right in front of the condo. sheets/blanket didn’t feel/smell new so i used my own.

"Nice location, great customer service but dated property"

I loved it is located just a block away from Copacabana beach and the one person I got to talk to over the phone was so nice, she was on top of everything, she asked every day if there was anything I needed

The property and everything on it os dated, the AC did work but it was so noisy I better kept it off the whole stay and only used the fan, all the appliances did work but the had a bad aspect
