"Divino depto en ipanema"

El edificio es de super categoría, muchos servicios y la atencion excelente. El depto muy cómodo, tiene todo lo que se necesita. Nada para comentar negativo.

Es un primer piso muy cerca de la pileta pero no hay nadie

Me pareció muy buen edificio con seguridad y muchos servicios adicionales como sillas y reposeras para la playa , y también bicicletas . La pileta estaba impecable con servicio de guarda vidas . El departamento muy lindo , se veía mejor personalmente que en las fotos. Desde el balcón puedes ver el mar , hermoso

Para decir algún punto a mejorar puedo nombrar Los pasillos que van desde el ascensor hasta el Depto , son un poco oscuros y tienen una alfombra que se ve un poco antigua y con olor a tabaco . Pero es un tema mío porque soy asmática

"An excelent stay!"

The location was excelent, the host responded to our queries although did not meet our requests to change all the sheets after one week (only the master bedroom) and to replace the broken toaster. The advertisement says the apartment has a tub, but there are only two showers which were nice! The doorman and the cleaning lady were very sweet all the time. There is a beautiful pool and a nice gym.

A more organised kitchen tools, there were a lot of unecessary and old kitchenware and lack of space for food storage.

Spacious apartment with everything you need and more, lots of towels including for the beach and pool, fully equipped kitchen. Clean and a wonderful cleaning service every day. Perfect location 2 minutes from the beach plus you can see the beach from the terrace, tons of restaurants and shopping in a minute’s walk. Felt very safe with guard at entrance and facial recognition to enter the building. Amazing gym and pool at the building.

the location of this apartment is excellent. The proximity to the beach and the shops very comfortable. the security of the building and its amenities were also excellent. The host was very helpful and responsive.
