Faneromeni Two bed Apartment B (1st Floor)

It was very cheap.

The owner called me the day before and forced me to stay at another apartment due to overbooking. He picked me up at the airport for a fee but came late and had myself wait. The substitute apartment was far from town center and very dirty. Since he said the room was much more expensive then the original, the original room must be disasterous. Next morning he drove me to town center for free but again not came on time. He never apologized to me and instead told me to thank him for his courtesy. I will never stay this property again.

It was generally centrally located and pretty comfortable for the price we paid. Very welcoming and friendly host

The location was close to the city center

The faucets/taps and shower was really rusty, making uncomfortable to taking shower, brushing teeth and using the sink for anything, besides, the water that come from the tap is kind salty. The pillows were too uncomfortable. The host was not so helpful as he seemed to be at first, actually being very unhelpful when we needed him. Besides, it says that has a parking nearby, but what he means is that you can find a parking place in the streets, so that doesn't count as a parking, and it gives you no confidence for parking since the streets are so narrow, having to park occupying the sidewalk so the cars can pass by without stretching and hitting the parked cars.

I never stayed due to the fact the was no one there, the door was locked, there was no key and the phone number provided when I called there was no answer. I left and stayed at a hotel. I would like my money back

It was not clean and there was no wifi

The owner John was very friendly and very kind. We had a very good communication before and during the stay. We could always contact him when we had questions. We asked for an iron and he brought it right away. He gave good recommendations and offered different excursions.The apartment is very spacey and has all what is needed. It's a bit older but it was comfortable. It has a big terrace. It's very close to the center and to the harbour. In the streets around it's easy to find a parking place. It's a nice place to stay.
